Policy

  • Fill out the booking inquiry form and one of our team member will get back to you after checking availability on your desired date/time (we response to all inquires within 24 hours but in some cases it can take longer.
  • We only communicate and share our payment and booking details with clients via our email address (info@attiabeauty.com) or via phone number 346 375-7662 (Text only).
  • For all individual or group bookings please select the service required and mention the total number of people needed that service in the form below.
  • The final total quote, along with the travel fee, will be sent by email. The travel fee is dependent on the distance to your location (where you will be getting ready).An accommodation fee will be added for bookings to distant locations that span multiple days
  • A 30% advance payment of the final quote is required to confirm the booking, through Zelle or PayPal. No advance, No booking.
  • Once the advance payment is received, you will get a booking confirmation email with other details.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable and non-transferable in any case of cancellation by the client.
  • In the unlikely event that we (artist) need to cancel a booking due to an emergency, we will arrange another professional makeup artist/stylist to provide the same services at the same charges.
  • Our services will only be provided at the location/address confirmed at the time of booking. If there is a change in the address by the client, new travel charges will apply or artist has the right to cancel the booking.
  • The ready time will not change on booking days once the booking is confirmed as we may have other bookings scheduled on the same dates.
  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a booking due to an emergency, we will arrange for another professional makeup artist (MUA) to provide the same services at the same charges.
  • We will confirm the service start time 3-7 days before the booking date via email or text provided in the form below.(But you will get the idea of duration for the services after the booking is confirmed).
  • All the bridal bookings will be directly discussed with brides via their email or text. (No other friends or family can make a booking on behalf of a bride).
  • For all group bookings the person who is making the booking will be responsible to pay sum of the advance and remaining amount for all the services. We don't collect money individually.
  • Clients should be ready on time for services. After the start time there will be 5$ fine for every 10 minutes delay by each client.
  • The client must have their hair washed (no conditioner, no oil or spray in the hair) and it should be 100% dry. A $10 fee will be applied if the stylist needs to dry the hair before styling.
  • The face should be clean with no makeup on. A $5 fee will be applied if the MUA needs to clean the makeup before providing the service.
  • Once the booking is confirmed, there will be no cut on the number of people booked for hair and makeup services. In case of any emergency, and a person can’t attend on the booking date, a $40 fee will need to be paid for each hair service and $50 for each makeup service.
  • All makeup prices includes falses/fake eyelashes. All bridal hair packages include complimentary jewelry/veil/dupatta and hair piece/accessories setting. We don't do saree draping.
  • For all bridal bookings, special bridal packages are available when you book more than one bridal look or all looks for all your wedding events.
